Witchcraft and kidnapping, Ouija boards and drugs, La Verne’s Theatre Department’s latest play, “The Chalk Boy” was performed through Friday, October 9, to Sunday, October 11, in the Jane Dibbell Cabaret. Chase Montano played the reluctant protagonist, and Shelby Liburd played the unwilling best friend to a witch, as they tried to figure out the mystery of a missing friend.
